Order Processing & Fulfillment
As a small business that designs and prints our own exclusive T-shirts and accessories, we put quality and care into every order. Your items are printed, cured, inspected, and packaged right here by the Pretty Whimsy Closet team.

Standard Processing Time: Most items are already printed and held in inventory. Orders containing these items are processed, packed, and shipped out within 1–3 business days.

Production Time for Low Stock: If a specific size or design is low in stock and needs to be freshly printed to fulfill your order, the processing time may extend to 5–7 business days. If this happens, we will notify you by email with an updated timeline.

Business Days: Processing and shipping occur Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major US holidays.
Shipping Methods and Delivery
The time it takes for your package to reach you starts after the processing time above is complete and the order leaves our facility. Delivery times are estimated by the carrier.
Shipping Costs: Shipping rates are dynamically calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the delivery address. You will see the final shipping cost for all available options before you complete your purchase.
Tracking & Delivery Issues
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your package's journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update once the carrier scans the item into their system.
Lost, Stolen, or Incorrect Address

Incorrect Address: Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If you realize there is an error, please contact us immediately at [Your Customer Service Email]. If the package has already shipped, Pretty Whimsy Closet is not responsible for the package, and the customer is responsible for any re-shipping costs if the item is returned to us.

Confirmed Delivery Issues: Pretty Whimsy Closet is not responsible for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but are claimed to be missing (stolen, misdelivered, etc.). We recommend contacting the local delivery post office and filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

Lost in Transit: If your package stops tracking or is significantly delayed (e.g., 15+ business days for domestic orders), please contact us so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.
International Orders

Duties and Taxes: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost paid to Pretty Whimsy Closet.

Customs Declaration: We must declare the actual value of the items on all customs forms.
